We engage in two simple time-tested real estate investing strategies. We keep it simple and do what we know best.

Buy houses already rehabbed for below appraised value and hold for rental. We welcome both flippers and landlords with solid projects and reasonable prices

This is sometimes memorably called the BRRRR strategy—Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat
